We can’t believe it either! Where have the last ten years gone??

 

It seems only yesterday that we were starting our journey, our team of four working from a small shop unit turned office in The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi.

 

We were (and still are) proud to have been the first official Xerox Business Partner when we started in 2009, and we all worked hard to deliver effective business solutions for our clients that made a real difference.  The effort was not in vain, as within a year we were awarded ‘Consultant of the Year’ by SME Advisor (2010) – not bad going for our first twelve months!

 

The recognition from SME Advisor continued throughout those first few years as we were named finalists for the ‘Stars of Business’ in both 2011 and 2012. We’re so grateful for all the support of the SME and wider business community that we received from the outset – and continue to receive to this day.

 

As you may have guessed from the name, we work very closely with Xerox and were named ‘Channel Partner of the Year’ nine years in a row by Xerox Emirates over the last decade – culminating in 2017 when we were also recognised as their first and only accredited Platinum Business Partner in the UAE.  During this time, we were also awarded Xerox Emirates Production Solutions Partner of the Year (2015) and Xerox Emirates Incremental Business Growth Partner of the Year (2015, 2016 and 2017), and we remain the first choice for Xerox products and services in the UAE to this day.

 

Our growth has not only been linear though, we expanded our vision and developed laterally as we grew, increasingly focussing on Digital Transformation, Finance Process Automation, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Intelligent Enterprise Capture and e-signature solutions, tobecome a leading partner for Kofax Middle East.

 

Now, as we approach a new decade, and with a new generation of clients and colleagues, we will continue to focus on helping our customers transform information-intensive business processes, to reduce manual work and errors, minimize costs, and improve customer engagement. With a strong assembly of tools and processes in our business solutions toolkit, and a strong decade of experience and innovation behind us, we will continue to improve Print Management and Document Management as well Intelligent Process Automation by combining Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Cognitive Capture and Process Orchestration.

 

None of this would be possible without the hard work, commitment and dedication of the Xeratek team, and I would like to thank each and every Xeratek employee (past and present) for contributing to the success we have had as a business over the last ten years and for their hand in supporting 600+ happy customers in the UAE – even ensuring that a number of them have remained loyal customers since day one in 2009.

 

As we prepare for our anniversary celebrations later this month, we would also like to thank all those of you that support us, whether by simply reading this blog, and following our social media, or doing business with us, partnering with us, or supplying us. Thanks for all your contributions to a successful first decade!
